Practical Scrappers: 10 Things to do with Patterned Paper

It's Tuesday, which means it's time for another 10 Things over at Practical Scrappers!

This week's challenge was to find a fun way to use patterned papers in our projects.  This was an easy one for me because I LOVE patterned papers and use them in almost every single thing I make.  My stash is overflowing a bit these days, and I will freely admit that I have a little "problem" in the paper-hoarding department :-)

My take on the challenge was a pretty easy design trick to create cohesion and visual interest.  Since chevrons are so popular and in nearly every new pack of paper I pick up, I used four different colored and sized chevron patterns and repeated them to create a unique background for my card. It's a great trick for fast clean and simple cards!

Easy peasy!  So please stop on by Practical Scrappers to see what other fun ideas the ladies have come up with :-)
